We are building our LED lighting business in Florida and are looking for an experienced Independent (1099) Sales Representative to develop the territory across the state.
This is an early-stage, revenue focused opportunity, starting as a 100% commission-based 1099 role — built for a true hunter who is ready to build our Florida presence from the ground up.
We offer a clear path to a full-time (W2) position within approximately 3 months based on defined sales targets and mutual fit.

What You’ll Do
• Build a distributor network as a primary revenue driver. Support this with direct client acquisition across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties
• Generate new business through networking, cold outreach, and referrals (no lead list provided)
• Develop and manage your own pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in industrial, commercial, and outdoor environments
• Build long-term relationshipswith contractors, developers, distributors, and facility managers to drive repeat business
• Prepare and deliver persuasive, professional proposals tailored to client needs.
• Present confidently, negotiate effectively, and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Represent a growing product portfolio and actively contribute to building the market in your territory
Who You Are
• A self-driven sales professional (a true hunter) with a proven background selling in the lighting, electrical, construction, or energy-efficiency sectors
• Able to generate revenue quickly in a new market environment, ideally through distributor or channel sales
• Have existing industry relationships in South Florida
• Able to build your own pipeline and work without provided leads
• Comfortable operating in a 100% commission-based environment
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
• Motivated by results, independence, and high earning potential
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership of your success
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with no base salary.
Top performers can realistically earn $75,000–$200,000+ annually, depending on sales volume and territory development.
There is no income ceiling — your results determine your earnings.
