Position Overview
Jet Set Society LLC is seeking motivated, relationship-driven professionals to work as independent 1099 Sales Relationship Managers. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, networking, and helping clients plan memorable travel experiences.
Sales Relationship Managers operate as independent contractors and are responsible for developing their own client relationships while facilitating travel bookings using approved travel supplier systems and tools.
This role offers flexibility, unlimited income potential, and the opportunity to build a personal book of business in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Development
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify client travel preferences and recommend vacation options that align with their interests
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the travel planning process
Sales & Business Development
• Generate travel leads through networking, referrals, social media, and community engagement
• Introduce clients to vacation opportunities such as cruises, all-inclusive resorts, rail vacations, and guided tours
• Provide pricing options and travel information to support client decision-making
Travel Planning Support
• Assist clients in evaluating travel options and itinerary ideas
• Coordinate bookings through approved travel systems and suppliers
• Provide clients with relevant travel details and documentation prior to departure
Professional Conduct
• Operate in a professional and ethical manner when interacting with clients and travel suppliers
• Follow applicable travel supplier guidelines and booking procedures
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Sales, hospitality, travel, or customer service experience preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Interest in travel and destination experiences
Experience with travel booking platforms such as Avoya Travel Network systems, cruise line reservation systems, or travel CRM tools is helpful but not required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
