Customizing CE Module for client Needs
Creating process workflows and guiding entities creation
Understanding DEF needs and drive implementation with Architect + Offshore Team
Guiding team to create necessary Power BI Reports
Proven experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in Dynamics 365 CE.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate are preferred.
