Are you an experienced B2B sales professional looking for an opportunity with exceptional commissions and recurring income? Provisio EHS is seeking a Senior SaaS Account Executive to introduce our innovative Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Management Software to organizations across the United States. This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position designed for professionals who thrive on closing deals and want unlimited earning potential. Our platform helps organizations simplify compliance, improve workplace safety, reduce risk, and replace outdated spreadsheets with one powerful cloud-based solution. Experience selling into Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), industrial, manufacturing, or compliance-related industries is a plus, but it is not required. We provide comprehensive training on our software and the EHS industry, so strong sales skills are far more important than prior EHS experience. What You'll Earn 50% commission on every new software sale 15% commission on every customer renewal No cap on commissions Build a recurring residual income stream as your customers renew each year Typical Deal Sizes Average Sale: $20,000 Typical Range: $10,000 to $150,000+ Commission Examples $10,000 Sale = $5,000 Commission $20,000 Sale = $10,000 Commission $75,000 Sale = $37,500 Commission $150,000 Sale = $75,000 Commission Travel Opportunities While this is a remote position, you'll have opportunities to represent Provisio EHS at: National safety conferences Industry trade shows Customer meetings Networking events Product demonstrations All approved business travel, including airfare, hotels, meals, transportation, and conference registration, is paid for by Provisio EHS. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads Schedule and conduct virtual software demonstrations with decision-makers Build relationships with safety professionals, operations leaders, HR teams, and executive leadership Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution Work closely with our Certified Safety Professionals (CSPs) and Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIHs) during technical discussions when needed Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately track opportunities in our CRM Represent Provisio EHS at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings when opportunities arise Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals Become a trusted advisor by understanding each client's safety and compliance challenges and demonstrating how Provisio EHS can solve them Who We're Looking For We're looking for motivated sales professionals who are driven by results and excited about building long-term customer relationships. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS sales preferred, but not required) Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfortable conducting virtual product demonstrations and customer presentations Experience selling into manufacturing, construction, industrial, environmental, or safety markets is a plus Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or compliance software is a bonus, but not required.
