We're seeking an AI Engineer to build an enterprise-grade AI-powered IT Help Desk Automation platform. The solution will leverage AWS Bedrock Agents and enterprise system integrations to automate ticket triage, intelligent routing, access provisioning, and IT support workflows.

This role is ideal for engineers with experience building agentic AI systems, workflow automation, and secure integrations with enterprise identity management platforms.
