Abundant Life Family Services (ALFS) is a comprehensive behavioral health organization providing insurance-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), IBHS services, Early Intervention (0–3 and 3–5), school-based programming, clinic-based services, and community-based support throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Responsibilities
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop, implement, and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Contribute to comprehensive ABA treatment plans in collaboration with clinical leadership
• Analyze behavioral data and create graphs to monitor client progress
• Ensure goals are measurable, individualized, and aligned with medical necessity criteria
• Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with agency policies and payer requirements
• Maintain required billable productivity standards
• Complete documentation in accordance with commercial insurance and IBHS standards
• Participate in reauthorization processes and peer reviews as required
• Ensure compliance with all state, licensing, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and the Lead BCBA regarding treatment planning and case oversight
• Partner with the Lead RBT to support implementation fidelity and staff development
• Work alongside the Assistant Director of Service Delivery to ensure scheduling efficiency, service consistency, and quality assurance
• Maintain open communication with the Clinical Director regarding clinical concerns, ethical considerations, and program development
• Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and clinical team meetings
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to ABA-PCA, BHT, and RBT staff
• Model implementation of behavioral protocols
• Provide performance feedback and skill-building support
• Monitor treatment fidelity and consistency across service settings
• Provide caregiver training aligned with treatment plans
• Support generalization of skills across environments
• Maintain professional, timely communication with families and stakeholders
Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ABA and/or behavioral health settings
• Proficiency conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
• Experience writing behavior plans and progress reports
• Strong professional writing and documentation skills
• Experience with data collection, graphing, and progress monitoring
• Knowledge of IBHS and commercial insurance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-haves
• BCBA certification or actively pursuing BCBA credential
• Experience supervising RBTs or BHT staff
• Experience in clinic and community-based ABA service models
• Experience using EMR systems (Rethink, CentralReach, etc.)
