Consistently exceed sales quotas Must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations Must have worked primarily as an account executive (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes. Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory. Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer's needs. Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts. Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory Incredibly organized Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling ERP or HCM/Payroll solutions Organized and detail oriented. Familiarity with the Higher Education business climate for Universities Strong work ethic while operating with a high-level of integrity, honesty and commitment to self and everyone else. BA/BS or equivalent.
