Account Executive – SaaS Sales

Job Description: • Achieve quarterly and yearly revenue quotas. • Consistently reach / exceed key activity milestones • Prospect effectively using the variety of tools and resources available • Build and maintain pipeline to ensure consistent quota achievement • Provide accurate and timely reporting of opportunities, pipeline, account plans, and other activity within Bluesight’s CRM tool (currently SalesForce.com) • Effectively collaborate across other teams within Bluesight to achieve individual and team goals • Consistent use of defined sales process. This includes discovery, meeting preparation, leveraging internal resources, presentation details, use of customer references, and the transition to our implementation team. • Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry trends and be able to articulate to clients Bluesight’s value and differentiation • Negotiate customer pricing and contracts. Requirements: • Sales "hunter” experience • Experience selling a B2B SaaS product • Strong desire to continuously develop skillset • Willingness to pick up the phone! • You are Coachable, competitive, and a strategic thinker. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 2+ year full cycle sales experience • 2 - 3 years of BDR or Inside Sales Experience • Strong meeting presence and presentation skills • Ability to influence key stakeholders including senior-level executives • Ability to travel at 1 - 2 times per quarter Benefits: • Competitive salary • Time off when you need it – unlimited vacation days! • Generous insurance coverage • 401k program with a company match • Fun, collaborative culture!
