From project delivery to staff augmentation, we prepare companies for AI with technologies like Salesforce, MuleSoft and Snowflake. With 250+ team members across Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and the U.S., we continue to grow.
In this role, you will join our global team to drive growth by nurturing a portfolio of customers. Historically, we have grown organically through existing customers so this is a meaningful channel at Oktana. You will be measured by the revenue growth of our growing customer portfolio and our related customer satisfaction scores.
This is a 100% remote position with some customer-facing travel. You will collaborate with team members across Latin America and within the US.
• *You have
• 5+ years of experience in account management within nearshore staff augmentation or IT services environments
• Ability to develop and improve account management processes, including tracking and analyzing performance metrics
• Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with Salesforce products and nearshore staff augmentation services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing both day-to-day operations and high-level revenue metrics
• Experience coaching and guiding account managers on farming strategies to identify and close growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Strong ability to build relationships with both business and technical stakeholders
• A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and adapt
• *You will:
• Develop a strategic account management plan focused on customer retention, nurturing and growth to provide long-term services
• Meet with customers regularly to measure account health, discover customer business challenges and identify growth opportunities
• Oversee a pipeline that leads to YoY revenue growth across our portfolio of accounts
• Own your metrics and report on goal status to leadership regularly
• Host Oktana QBR meetings for core customer accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project resourcing, kick-off and delivery
• Partner closely with Resourcing to ensure projects are staffed appropriately and with smooth transitions
• Understand customer needs and competitive landscape to collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Training to adapt strategies to reach new markets and expand existing market share
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide customer references and collect CSAT survey responses
