Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily financial operations. This role is responsible for processing invoices, managing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records in a structured, remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify vendor invoices accurately
Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Manage scheduled payments (ACH, check)
Maintain organized records and documentation
Support month-end close activities
Requirements
4+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting/ERP systems
Ability to communicate professionally with vendors
Strong attention to detail and time management
