Job Description:
• Prepare, maintain, and update reports and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Complete provider enrollment and credentialing applications for multiple payors with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate document signatures and facilitate communication between Directors and Vice Presidents
• Manage inter-office mail, document scanning, and secure handling of confidential materials
• Support departmental projects, including denial resolution activities and inventory tracking
• Utilize Adobe Pro and internal systems/portals for document management and data entry
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in healthcare administration, provider enrollment or credentialing, payer support, or administrative roles
• Knowledge of internal Labcorp billing systems (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Pro, and online portals
