Acquisitions Agent – Real Estate

Job Description: • Identify opportunities and build relationships with property owners • Negotiate purchase agreements and acquire properties • Generate leads through outbound outreach and follow-up • Meet with owners to evaluate properties and close deals • Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain accurate CRM records • Collaborate with internal teams during transition from contract to closing Requirements: • Proven success in sales, business development, or a closing role • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in cold outreach • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to appointments • Real estate, mortgage, home services, or investment sales experience preferred Benefits: • Base Salary: $30,000 per year • Uncapped Commission Structure • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$120,000+ annually • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions • Realistic six-figure earning potential • Remote flexibility with autonomy in your day-to-day work • Opportunity to work directly in the real estate investment industry • Ongoing training, support, and professional development • Growth opportunities for top performers
