Role Overview
Adjunct Faculty members provide quality and innovative instruction and meaningful engagement with students to successfully achieve course, program, and degree level outcomes and support their academic success. They work remotely and are part of the CTU Online team.
What You Will Do
Prepare instructional materials, provide instruction in assigned courses, engage with students, and maintain accessibility for students and academic leadership. You will also assess student performance, provide feedback, and refer students to resources.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Career Management/Counseling, Human Resources, Psychology, or subfield
- 5+ years' recent experience in human resources or management (with knowledge related to interviewing, hiring, onboarding, professional development, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and oral presentation/written communication skills
- Proficiency in working effectively, cooperatively, and flexibly in a team environment
- Proficiency with standard office and mobile applications
