About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for overall operations of one or more executives: calendar management, business meetings, email support, coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements, complete expense reports and additional tasks/project required. What You'll Do Operate with a high level of autonomy, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Manage highly complex and dynamic calendars across multiple executives, prioritizing critical meetings and resolving conflicts with a strong understanding of business priorities and impact. Partner cross-functionally to support business updates, communications, and operational priorities, fostering strong relationships across teams and levels. Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment, preparedness, and effective follow-through on action items. Arrange domestic and international travel, anticipating needs and delivering a seamless experience across multiple leaders. Leverage tools and technology, including AI and core administrative systems, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and organized experience for new team members. Handle expense reporting with accuracy, timeliness, and strong attention to detail. Who You Are Experience supporting multiple senior leaders, with the ability to manage competing priorities and protect executive time.
