Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the Product Owner to communicate a clear and compelling product vision to the team(s)
Works with the Product Owner to ensure the health of the product backlog and roadmap
Supports the Scrum team in holding themselves accountable to consistently and sustainably deliver value to customers
Tracks and reviews team progress and health using Agile methods (e.g., MBOs, velocity, definition of done, WIP, throughput)
Validates Agile tool data for data governance and fixed capacity billing for the team (Rally Board, feature data, user story data, milestones, etc.)
Conducts retrospectives to identify actionable items for continuous improvement, facilitating in-depth discussions on obstacles and opportunities
Guides the team in celebrating successes through formal ceremonies
Fosters a collaborative team culture
Monitors and mitigates outside influences and distractions that may interrupt the team, intervening as needed to protect the team
Tracks team progress using historical data to identify overcommitment and complacency
Applies questioning techniques to explore issues, uncover assumptions, and get to the truth of matters
Responsible for executing this role for two unique Scrum teams, one onshore based and the other based in the Philippians
Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience with Agile Scrum Methodology
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to develop and build effective partnerships and relationships, collaborating and influencing across multiple levels within the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong commitment and passion for a product/customer-centric culture
Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring others in adhering to Agile Values and Principles
Previous software engineering experience
Proven ability in managing multiple teams that are onshore and offshore located

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
