We are seeking a tenured IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) / Maximo Product Manager to support a large-scale, multi-year asset management transformation program. The role combines product ownership, agile delivery leadership, and stakeholder management in a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support delivery of agile projects within IBM Maximo environment
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage and track project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines and business goals
• Own and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and delivery issues
• Communicate clear project status updates to stakeholders at all levels
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and delivery standards
• Drive end-user and administrator training sessions and support documentation
• Collaborate across multiple teams in a consulting-style, multi-stakeholder environment
Required Skills & Experience
• IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) –
Advanced (6–9 years)
• Agile Software Development Methodology –
Intermediate (3–5 years)
• Strong experience in:
• Asset Management
• Inventory Management
• Procurement processes
• Work Management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in client-facing consulting environments
• Ability to create documentation and training materials
