We're looking for a Software Engineer with a strong 'back' who masters traditional software development and has at least 2-3 years of experience applying AI to create real products, agent flows, and scalable automations. As an AI 'freak', you'll constantly experiment with the latest tools, use predictive and generative AI in your daily work, and know how to integrate it to multiply the value of a product.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Backend using Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, with the ability to design clean and scalable architectures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in AI: You have built and deployed real systems using agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar.
- You understand agent design patterns (planning, tool usage, memory, evaluation) perfectly.
- You have experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and scale AI solutions in production.
- You have familiarity with MLOps and observability tools to monitor the behavior, costs, and latencies of models and agents in production.
- You have experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and building integrations for LLMs to interact with external tools and data.
- You have worked with open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen...) and know when to use them pragmatically versus proprietary models.
- You have knowledge of Data Science and NLP applied to business analysis.
- You're an authentic AI 'freak,' with the ability to adopt, test, and push the limits of current development and automation tools.
- You have fluent Spanish, both spoken and written.
