Role Overview
Join Kiwi.com's Fintech team as an AI Engineer to design and build high-impact tools using AI to increase efficiency. The team is responsible for all monetary flows within Kiwi.com, including payments from customers, airlines, and travel agencies, while preventing fraudulent behavior and ensuring financial safety.
What You Will Do
Design and build new generation of high-impact tools using AI, support end-to-end quality of code, navigate payment systems, partner with product and business metrics, and nurture collaboration with FinTech specialists and third-party service providers.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI (Cursor or Claude Code)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of debugging complex issues
- Fluency in Python
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL and Redis)
- Data-driven familiarity with BigQuery
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented design patterns, microservices architecture, REST principles, and asynchronous messaging systems
