We have an immediate opportunity for a AI Evaluator role involves working closely with artificial intelligence systems to improve the quality and accuracy of their responses.
In this position, individuals with deep knowledge or strong enthusiasm in a specific domain review AI-generated content such as responses, articles, or data related to that field. The goal is to evaluate the output for factual correctness, completeness, nuance, and tone, ensuring that the information aligns with reliable sources and reflects the appropriate perspective of a knowledgeable expert or passionate fan.
Key responsibilities include fact-checking claims, statistics, and terminology, assessing whether the AI's explanations are accurate and contextually appropriate, and identifying any misleading or hallucinated information. Reviewers also provide clear written feedback explaining why a response is correct or flawed, helping improve how AI systems understand and communicate about the domain. Through this process, domain experts play a direct role in shaping how AI delivers trustworthy and meaningful information to users worldwide.
