They are seeking an Analyst to utilize data and AI platforms to transform raw data into actionable business insights and support PR workstreams with data-driven recommendations. The role involves conducting research, ensuring data quality, and creating reports and visualizations to guide client decisions.
Responsibilities
- Utilize tools, strategies, and emerging AI platforms to translate news, raw data, and information into valuable business insights and optimization suggestions
- Work closely with PR workstreams in order to implement data-driven recommendations generated through proprietary in-house learnings at scale and across multiple clients
- Act as a day-to-day researcher of analytics for respective accounts and clients
- Ensure the quality of continuing efforts as well as new business opportunities
- Focus on high-impact monitoring work while also blending traditional analytics and measurement with groundbreaking AI and GEO research
- Deploy industry-leading tools and resourceful thinking to find and aggregate breaking news and data
- Translate raw information into savvy intelligence for stakeholders by way of reports, newsletters, crisis alerts, traditional reporting, and AI intelligence briefs
- Leverage information from a bevy of sources to best analyze the problem and forge a solution
- Optimize existing processes & implement new ones
- Create best practices, work cross-functionally, ensure data validation, as well as build data visualizations from the ground up
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing analytics/consultant role
- Excellent time management skills and are highly organized
- Experience with digital tools, including but not limited to: Cision, MuckRack, Talkwalker, PeakMetrics, Profound, MailChimp, etc
- Experience with and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Meta AI, etc
- Experience working with and creating briefs, newsletters, and/or dashboards used to inform business decisions
- Experience with measurement, media planning and media mix modeling ideal
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office applications with specific experience in Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, filtering, etc.)
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
- Understand marketing and the various metrics that come with them, with a particular focus on PR and digital metrics
- Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems a plus
