Analyst, Treasury

The Analyst position within the Treasury Bank Governance and Administration team involves managing bank fees, supporting SOX controls, and assisting with project implementations while collaborating closely with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management and resolution of all bank fee management cases. Contribute to bank fee forecasting process
• Assist with preparation of GL entries supporting the bank fee process
• Prepare responses for quarterly SOX controls. Communicate with audit through Audit Board. Ensure compliance with SOX deadlines
• Support the Security Administration team by assisting with the fulfillment of access / entitlement requests. Track / manage access via team database

Skills

• 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite (proficiency with Excel and Outlook)
• 1+ years of strong written and oral communication skills, across various levels of management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Proven ability to multi-task, work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana General Ledger
• Knowledge of Oracle General Ledger
• Knowledge of FIS Integrity
• Knowledge of HCB / CVS legal entity structure
• Knowledge of Cash Management
• Accounting Background
