Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and mentor a team to ensure timely and efficient product delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to stay ahead of changing demands and ensure product availability
• Utilize strong organizational skills to assess and prioritize tasks, ensuring the store's inventory is accurate and up-to-date
• Collaborate with management and leadership teams to share knowledge and insights on product and parts availability
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, and new products are properly introduced to the store team
Requirements:
• Ability to think critically and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in guiding teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to manage and meet multiple inventory deadlines per week
