We're looking for a hands-on team leader who has experience running remote setter teams, is confident working across CRM platforms, and knows how to keep things moving — someone who can run with things independently.
You're someone who genuinely enjoys leading people, solving day-to-day challenges, and making sure the team has everything they need to perform at their best.
What You'll Own
• Leading and supporting a remote setter team across multiple time zones
• Overseeing appointment setting process and coaching team members
• Handling operational hiccups — dialers, lead flow, platform issues — and resolving them quickly
• Keeping CRM records, call logs, and team performance data accurate and up to date
• Collaborating with the sales team to continuously improve process and output
What We're Looking For
• Experience leading or supervising a remote setter team
• CRM experience is a must — Go High Level (GHL) knowledge is a big plus
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills
• Team player and an excellent motivator
• Ability to coordinate issues across internal and external teams.
