Specific functions include management of student advising staff, analysis and reporting of student registration, and provide oversight of new student orientation, and student issue resolution. The Assistant Director of Student Services, Virtual Campus, will oversee day to day functions of the virtual campus and is responsible for fostering a collaborative environment and consults with other Alliant departments including but not limited to IT, Facilities, Admissions and Student Financial Services.Salary Range: $70,000 annualized.Benefits include: 401K, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts.Minimum Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Master’s degree preferred.Experience: Five (5) years of progressively responsible higher education or closely related professional experience, preferably in graduate or professional education. Supervision experience of professional staff preferred.Certifications, Licenses, etc.: None.Skills:

Supervisory Responsibility:Direct Reports: Student advising team.Contact Responsibility:Internal: Interacts with supervisor to receive direction and instructions and/or review of work results. This position will work closely with colleagues in multiple departments including Academic Deans, Program Directors, Associate Provosts, Human Resources and IT Departments as well as other University Campus Directors to support both students and colleagues in achieving student success and Department goals.External: Interacts with other academic institutions and members of the local community.Primary Work Location, Hours & Travel Requirements:Office Location: Remote.Campus Work Hours: Standard office hours.Travel: None.Background Check Requirements:
