Your role
In this central hub function, you provide foresight and support to the executive management. You assist Daniel Jost with all administrative and organisational matters and also lead the reception team, consisting of two employees. You act calmly, factually and always neutrally. You meet people with empathy, high discretion and a touch of humour. You organise your daily work independently – from project work to administrative tasks.
When necessary, you set clear priorities. You plan and organise internal events in a structured and heartfelt manner.
You can look forward to the following tasks
• Planning and managing appointments and meetings with minute-taking (executive management, board of directors, general meeting)
• Creating and revising presentations
• Handling general correspondence internally and externally in German and French
• Coordinating and organising business trips, occasions, meetings and events for the executive management & our employees
• Responsible for the entire fleet management, including coordination of new and replacement acquisitions
• Participation in and management of smaller projects
With these skills you are well equipped
• You have completed a commercial basic training with experience in a similar role
• Further training as an executive assistant would be helpful but is not essential
• You have an excellent command of the German language. Do you also speak French? Brilliant!
• You use the MS Office suite daily and are generally enthusiastic about digital media & technologies
• Driving licence category B, so you can also take care of an employee’s vehicle if needed
