Our team is dedicated to building a startup within a big company, taking risks, and moving fast to make things happen. **About the Role** As an Associate Manager, In-Store (Customer Experience) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience for our Going Out product. You'll own key components of our customer go-to-market strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include: * **Building and Launching Exciting New Products**: Help launch and grow our Going Out product, driving customer adoption and retention. * **Strategizing for Customer Experience**: Set the strategy for customer experience on Going Out, ensuring seamless interactions and exceptional service. * **Experimenting and Optimizing**: Design and execute experiments to learn about new products and features, optimizing our approach for maximum impact. * **Implementing Marketing and Comms Plans**: Execute new marketing and communications plans to help our customer base grow and engage with our brand. * **Analyzing Success and Setting Goals**: Build models to evaluate success and set new goals, ensuring we're meeting our targets and driving business growth. * **Influencing Cross-Functional Teams**: Work with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams to scale Going Out and drive business results. **You're Excited About This Opportunity Because...** * You have 4+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, design, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, business operations, or related fields, with a strong preference for high-growth or early-stage startup experience. * You have an established track record of achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles, with a proven ability to lead projects, work in a team, and motivate people at all levels. * You can translate high-level goals into applicable plans and action items, with excellent Excel skills (complex functions) and SQL knowledge a bonus. **We're Excited About You Because...** * You're passionate about customer experience and have a deep understanding of what drives customer loyalty and growth. * You're a strategic thinker with a strong ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. * You're a collaborative leader who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business results. * You're a lifelong learner who is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in customer experience and technology. **Compensation and Benefits** The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range of $98,600 - $145,000 USD, determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
