Overview Job Description The Project Manager 1 is responsible for the coordination of customer implementation projects from initiatiion through project closure. They are responsible for project scheduling and coordination budget control non-conformity resolution and risk management Responsibilities Utilize the Project Implementation Methodology and related tools to bring projects to successful completion, within scope, on time, and within budget Facilitate and coordinate client meetings using engaging, informative presentation methodologies Create and maintain project documentation utilizing methods prescribed by the PM Administer and update project plans that specify goals, strategy, and scheduling Act as a project coordinator for client engagements Manage timely and effective updates to key contacts Oversee activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule Provide support to other Project Management team members, as directed Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Microsoft Windows and Office proficient Oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact Facilitation and project management skills Organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills Able to thrive in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently and in a team environment Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner Average travel requirements for this job is 30% annualized, yet unique circumstances with customers may require more travel.
