Associate Sales Development Representative

They are seeking an Associate Sales Development Representative to generate revenue through pipeline development, foster relationships, and analyze customer needs. This role involves participating in sales onboarding and professional development while collaborating with the sales and marketing team to meet quota targets.

Responsibilities

• Work in a close-knit team environment to develop and accomplish a lead generation plan that meets or exceeds quota targets
• Cultivate pipeline by acting on field marketing leads and conducting strategic outbound campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to prioritize efforts, refine selling strategies, share results and plan next steps
• Participate in sales onboarding, 1:1 training session, team meetings, skill building and professional development classes
• Exceed weekly/monthly goals for meetings, pipeline, and activity
• Capture accurate and complete information in Deltek’s sales tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior lead generation experience or outbound calling experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience preferred
