About the Role Outbound Sales Pro (https://outboundsalespro.com/) is growing fast and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Associate Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This is a full-time cold calling role designed for individuals who want to break into sales and build a long-term career. Why Join Us? • Hands-on training with a longer ramp for skill development • Clear career path into SDR, AE, or leadership roles • Team-based, high-energy sales environment • Exposure to modern sales tools, tech, and SaaS What You’ll Do • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers • Use proven cold-calling scripts to spark interest & set qualified meetings • Handle objections like a pro and refine your sales pitch daily • Develop resilience, confidence, and top-tier cold-calling skills • Continuously improve through coaching and feedback Who We’re Looking For • Coachable and eager to learn (no experience required) • Positive attitude with strong work ethic • Comfortable talking to new people daily • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks • Competitive mindset and desire to improve Growth Path Start as an Associate SDR → Develop your skills → Crush your targets → Get promoted to SDR, AE, or beyond. Typical timeline: 12–24 months (as fast as 8–12 months) Compensation: base + commission: $32,000 base salary with quarterly raises; $53,000 OTE (on target earnings with commission) Desired Skills and Experience Responsibilities • Learn and execute outbound prospecting through calling, texting, and emailing • Follow established scripts and processes to generate interest and book meetings • Participate in trainings, team meetings, and coaching sessions • Collaborate with team members and managers to improve performance • Begin identifying potential business opportunities through conversations • Support sales efforts by tracking activity and staying organized with leads and follow-ups Qualifications • No prior sales experience required; customer service experience is a plus • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn • Positive attitude with a high level of coachability • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to improve Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: $32,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance • Work from home Application Question(s): • Do you have reliable internet and a quiet workspace for making calls? • Are you available to work full-time during standard business hours?
