Outbound Sales Pro (https://outboundsalespro.com/) is growing fast and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Associate Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This is a full-time cold calling role designed for individuals who want to break into sales and build a long-term career.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers
• Use proven cold-calling scripts to spark interest & set qualified meetings
• Handle objections like a pro and refine your sales pitch daily
• Develop resilience, confidence, and top-tier cold-calling skills
• Continuously improve through coaching and feedback

Growth Path
Start as an Associate SDR → Develop your skills → Crush your targets → Get promoted to SDR, AE, or beyond. Typical timeline: 12–24 months (as fast as 8–12 months)
Compensation: base + commission: $32,000 base salary with quarterly raises; $53,000 OTE (on target earnings with commission)
Desired Skills and Experience
Responsibilities
• Learn and execute outbound prospecting through calling, texting, and emailing
• Follow established scripts and processes to generate interest and book meetings
• Participate in trainings, team meetings, and coaching sessions
• Collaborate with team members and managers to improve performance
• Begin identifying potential business opportunities through conversations
• Support sales efforts by tracking activity and staying organized with leads and follow-ups
Qualifications
• No prior sales experience required; customer service experience is a plus
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude with a high level of coachability
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to improve

Base Pay: $32,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
