Role Overview
We are looking for a Facilities Activation Specialist to support the growth of an innovative healthcare marketplace. This role combines the best of sales, recruitment, and customer management, having a direct impact on business expansion.
What You Will Do
Identify, contact, and generate interest in hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes, present the platform and clearly communicate its value proposition, lead the onboarding and activation process of new facilities, develop relationships with decision-makers in the healthcare sector, continuously follow up with prospects until activation, manage and register activity in CRM, meet and exceed activity KPIs (calls, follow-ups, and activations)

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B outreach, healthcare sales, or facility recruiting
- Experience interacting with decision-makers and presenting solutions
- Solid understanding of commercial processes, lead generation, and follow-ups
- CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Instantly AI, or similar)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- High resilience, autonomy, and results-oriented
