Brighter Strides ABA Therapy is expanding across Arizona and we are actively hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while enjoying flexibility, strong support, and excellent compensation.

Compensation

Responsibilities
• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold BACB ethical standards
Requirements
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) – required
• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for providing high-quality ABA services
