We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities with a create your own schedule option!

As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress. We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.
Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
• Meet with clients remotely or through telehealth as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice-to-haves
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.
