Thank you for considering Developmental Pathways! Developmental Pathways is seeking awesome, dedicated, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling options. Position Responsibilities • Work with children and adults on the autism spectrum, providing assessments and individualized plans to improve behaviors and quality of life. • Conduct client sessions and functional behavior assessments including VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS, etc. • Create individualized programming for clients. • Work closely with Behavior Therapists as they deliver individualized programming to clients. • Responsible for managing contract fulfillment of client contracts across service codes. • Provide clear and concise instructions across all facets of the client's clinical needs including progress reports and monthly updates per insurance expectations. • Responsible for data management and client communications. • Supervise and trains the Program Managers and Behavior Therapists (RBT, BT, and Therapists). • Provides supervision hours for Registered Behavior Therapists and BCBA candidates. • Provides ongoing supervision meetings to support and guide assigned staff. Qualifications • Must have a minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university • Must be a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) • As an exempt supervisor, your responsibility is to meet billable hours as stated in your contracted offer letter and to complete a standard 40-hour work week following California Labor Law. • The BCBA is required to travel between client homes, and between offices, and to travel for meetings and training as required. • Must have a valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation. • Must be able to pass an FBI/ DOJ clearance and background check. • Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Bilingual applicants highly preferred We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance and professional development opportunities. Early Intervention This program serves families with children 0 – 3 years old. We also have a dedicated team of Occupational, Speech and Physical Therapists consisting of both in-house and independent contractors. Case Management Case Management is a collaborative processes of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation and advocacy. Our Case Managers and Case Management Specialists take a person-centered approach in assisting those we serve and their families in living a more meaningful life. Community Outreach Our supportive Coordinators in the Community Outreach Department are dedicated to addressing the unmet needs of the individuals and families we serve by helping them to navigate a variety of resources, offering trainings on a variety of topics, holding resource fairs and connecting them with services through our Family Support Services Program.
