## Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Develop and execute client acquisition strategies in line with company goals and business objectives.
Focus on key industries such as cross-border e-commerce, digital entertainment (gaming, live streaming, social apps), B2B trade, international logistics, and education payments.
Independently and as a team leader, acquire and manage client relationships to achieve sales KPIs.
Identify client pain points across cross-border collection, FX settlement, payout and match them with the company’s product capabilities to drive adoption of end-to-end payment solutions.
## Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
3–6 years of experience in cross-border payments, FX, acquiring, or related industries; sales experience in card acquiring, cross-border collections, or international clearing is a strong plus.
Familiarity with industries’ payment scenarios and mainstream customer demands; existing client resources or industry networks are a plus.
Strong business development, negotiation, and project execution capabilities.
Team leadership mindset and self-driven; able to lead a team to complete complex sales projects.
Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work cross-functionally to drive business goals efficiently.
