About the position
Advanta Autism Care is a clinician-led ABA company focused on quality care, for kids and for our team. We provide thoughtful, high-impact services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs across home and community settings. We’re hiring an compassionate Behavior Technician who’s ready to make a real impact and have a little fun while doing it! Responsibilities
• Provide direct ABA services to children and adolescents in their homes, following individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Ensure that data are accurately collected, recorded, and reported to the BCBA.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Assist in developing program materials.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information and adhere to ethical standards in behavioral health practices.
Requirements
• Hold/maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience in ABA
• Willingness to work with a range of ages & abilities
• Experience with ABA principles, data collection, and behavior intervention techniques
• Pass a background check and reference check
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with Central Reach data collection and scheduling is a plus!
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
