We are seeking Licensed Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our compassionate and mission-driven team at a leading FQHC in Atlanta. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder services to a diverse community.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management and ongoing therapeutic care
• Collaborate with integrated care teams, including primary care and social services
• Support individuals with co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance use)
• Ensure culturally competent, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care
Qualifications:
• Active Georgia APRN license with PMHNP certification
• DEA license and prescriptive authority in Georgia
• Experience in community mental health or integrated care preferred
• Commitment to health equity and serving underserved populations
Working Hours:
• Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
