Description
Full-time, fully remote position in the NBS service center, working an 8-hour remote shift, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt.
Duties
• Support the service center by providing excellent customer service answering and responding to participant phone calls, voice mails, emails, and chats
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when communicating with our clients
• Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas by maintaining a high degree of productivity while adhering to the set work schedule
• Review and upload reimbursement claims to our processing queues quickly and effectively
• Adjudicate claims on occasion
• Complete other projects as assigned by Director or Supervisor

Qualifications
• Ability to work in a remote environment
• Have strong typing and 10-key skills
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Strong writing skills with emphasis on proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation required
• Be highly motivated
• Have positive attitude
• Reliable
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
• Ability to work well within a team
• Spanish speaking useful
Education and Experience – High School diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
Physical Requirements – This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
