Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) in the Triangle area. This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent Mon–Fri afternoon/evening hours.

No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything
The Work
Provide teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina. Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide, and participate in weekly supervision and case consultations.
What You Need
Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required — we cannot hire pre-licensure or other license types at this time)
Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy
Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM
Preferred
CBT, DBT, or similar modality training
School-based or youth clinical experience
Pay Range
$35—$45 USD
