Many of our clients are fast-paced, customer-focused businesses that rely on us to create a professional and organized hiring process from first applicant contact through onboarding.
We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator (Independent Contractor) to support candidate outreach, scheduling, and phone screening efforts.
Position Type
• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Fully Remote / Work From Home
• Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Available
• Flexible weekday scheduling based on your availability
Preferred Availability
We are primarily seeking contractors available during Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time, including any of the following:
• Full days (8:00am-5:00pm ET)
• Mornings (8:00am-12:30pm ET)
• Afternoons (12:30pm-5:00pm ET)
• Certain days of the week may also work
Compensation
Compensation structure is currently being finalized and will be discussed with qualified candidates based on experience, availability, and scope of work.
Location Requirements
• Must be located anywhere within the United States
• Must be authorized to work as an independent contractor in the U.S.
What You’ll Do
• Contact candidates who have applied to open positions
• Conduct scheduled phone interviews professionally and on time
• Make outbound follow-up calls to applicants based on hiring needs
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Keep candidate records updated and organized
• Communicate professionally with applicants via phone, text, and email
• Help create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Follow recruiting systems, scripts, and processes consistently
Required Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with candidates daily
• Friendly, energetic, and professional communication style
• Organized and able to follow systems and processes
• Reliable, punctual, and responsive
• Working laptop or computer
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet, private workspace for professional calls
Preferred Qualifications
• Chick-fil-A experience (strongly preferred, but not required)
• Recruiting, interviewing, scheduling, or talent acquisition experience
• Customer service or call center experience
• Remote work experience
• Experience using Google Docs, Sheets, or applicant tracking systems
