• Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates using various sourcing channels including social medica, online platforms, and professional network.
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Review inbound applications ad assess qualifications, engaging with candidates who align with position requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing tools, including ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide insights on talent pools and market trends.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 -5 years of experience in a Sourcer / Talent Acquisition (Recruiter) role.
• Must be Bilingual in French, with English as your first language and French as your second language.
• Must have manufacturing industry experience sourcing for salaried positions across the USA.
• Must have experience with mapping, building pipeline, etc.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working with the recruitment module of SuccessFactors a plus.
