Job Description:
• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including rent collection and vendor payments
• Reconcile bank statements, trust accounts, and general ledgers
• Generate financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
• Record and track tenant payments, deposits, and outstanding balances
• Use Village Management Software for bookkeeping, reporting, and data management
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and property management regulations
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in property management or real estate
• Hands-on experience using Village Management Software is required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Experience with bank and account reconciliations
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Nice to Have: Experience handling trust accounts or property-related financials
• Familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks or Xero
• Ability to manage multiple properties or accounts
