Branch Operations Manager
Location: Midland/Odessa, TX
Our client is a leading industrial distributor serving the construction, industrial, and energy markets. We are seeking a hands-on Branch Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, warehouse activities, inventory management, and customer service while developing a high-performing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an operations leader who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, improving processes, and building a culture of accountability.
Responsibilities
• Lead all branch operations and warehouse activities
• Supervise warehouse personnel and office staff
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts
• Oversee shipping, receiving and order fulfillment
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• Coach, train and develop employees
• Maintain a strong safety culture
• Ensure outstanding customer service
• Utilize ERP/WMS systems to manage inventory and operations
Qualifications
• 5+ years leading warehouse or distribution operations
• Experience in industrial distribution, MRO, safety products, logistics, or industrial wholesale
• Strong inventory management experience
• Hands-on leadership style
• Experience supervising teams of 5–15 employees
• ERP/WMS experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
