What We're Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Brand Reputation Manager to oversee the digital brand reputation/experience of our fitness and wellness apps: Yoga Go, Muscle Booster, WalkFit, OMO, and FastEasy.
Our new Brand Reputation Manager focuses on ensuring a positive digital brand presence across key markets, including the US, UK, Latin America, and the EU. As part of the Organic Growth department, you will collaborate with internal teams, including Social Media and our Brand team, as well as external partners like our Digital PR agency. You will also be responsible for enhancing EEAT (Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) signals, submitting our apps for industry awards, and representing the company at key fitness industry events.
✨ Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze online content, comments and reviews across social media, blogs, forums, search engines, and reviews to maintain a positive brand image.

Develop and implement strategies to minimize negative brand reputation and accelerate positive brand sentiment and engagement with our products

Address criticisms or negative comments in a timely and professional manner to uphold brand reputation.

Create and publish brand content, including blog posts, social media updates, and forum responses, to build consumer trust and brand credibility for our products.

Review and manage user-generated content to ensure alignment with the brand’s strategy and guidelines.

Collaborate with the Brand team and Digital PR agency to align on messaging, campaigns, and brand perception strategies.

Partner with the Social Media team to maintain cohesive communication across all platforms.

Collaborating with fitness experts, publishers and authoritative voices to produce high-quality content that will strengthen EEAT signals

Identify and submit the apps for industry awards to enhance visibility and credibility.

Represent the company at fitness and wellness industry events to build relationships and promote our apps.

Track and analyze brand reputation statistics, such as sentiment analysis and share of voice, to identify trends and opportunities.

Provide monthly reports summarizing reputation performance, trends, and areas for improvement with app teams.
✨ The ideal profile:

Proven experience in managing and enhancing online reputations for brands or organizations in competitive markets.

Familiarity with social listening tools, analytics platforms, and sentiment analysis to monitor online presence.

In-depth knowledge of EEAT principles, branding, and public relations practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, professional responses and reports.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret online data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address reputation challenges effectively and proactively.

Knowledge of cultural key moments, traditions, and characteristics of main target countries (US, UK, Latin America, and EU).

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute reputation strategies.

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience in the fitness or wellness industries is a plus.
