About CivicReach CivicReach is a mission-driven technology company working to radically improve how communities connect with the social services they need. Our AI-powered front office helps government and nonprofit agencies answer every phone call, complete benefit screening, make warm referrals, and capture real-time client needs — all without adding staff. The city, county, and non-profit agencies that make up the American safety net are facing overwhelming demand, limited budgets, and outdated phone systems. They use CivicReach to reduce administrative burden and ensure every resident gets clear, timely support accessing benefits and community resources. We help agencies serve more people, with more dignity, in less time. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Broker to expand CivicReach’s partnerships with social service agencies, community action partnerships, and related nonprofit organizations. In this role, you will build relationships with leaders at organizations that serve residents in need - from housing agencies to community action programs to family resource centers. You’ll help these agencies discover how CivicReach can help them increase access, streamline operations, and better serve their communities through AI-powered communication. This position is ideal for someone with experience in community development, social services, or public-sector technology sales who is energized by mission-driven work and motivated by impact. Key Responsibilities • Identify and engage potential partners among community action agencies, social service providers, nonprofits, and related government departments at the city, county, and municipal levels. • Build trust and long-term relationships with agency executives, program directors, and community engagement leads. • Communicate CivicReach’s value, emphasizing how our platform helps agencies increase access to vital programs like housing support and energy assistance. • Facilitate introductions and demos between prospective customers and the CivicReach team. • Collaborate internally with CivicReach leadership to align industry signals with ongoing pilots and product development. • Represent CivicReach at conferences and industry events, including those hosted by the National Community Action Partnership (NCAP), local government networks, and relevant foundations and nonprofits. What Success Looks Like • Building strong pipelines of agencies eager to improve how they connect residents with critical services. • Establishing CivicReach as a trusted ally to social service organizations and community action partnerships nationwide. • Helping agencies adopt technology that makes life better for their residents and staff: reducing unanswered calls, increasing access to benefits, and restoring trust in public systems. Ideal Experience • Background in community action, human services, or government relations, preferably with experience selling or introducing technology solutions in these sectors. • Established network within the social services or community action ecosystem. • Strong understanding of the challenges facing agencies that serve low-income or high-need populations. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Entrepreneurial spirit, comfort with a commission-based structure, and a passion for social impact. Compensation This is a fee-based, independent contractor position. Brokers receive a flat fee per customer introduction, plus an ongoing commission fee for every successful introduction that results in a signed agreement. Why Join CivicReach At CivicReach, you’ll help shape the future of public service. You’ll work alongside a passionate, innovative team building technology that strengthens community trust, expands access to essential programs, and ensures every resident - regardless of circumstance - can reach the help they need. If you believe every phone call for help deserves an answer, we’d love to work with you. CivicReach is an equal opportunity employer.
