Meridian RCM is a rapidly growing California-based Revenue Cycle Management company focused on helping healthcare organizations improve profitability, reduce denials, optimize AR, and strengthen financial performance.
We are actively seeking an experienced business development professional with a strong background in healthcare, medical billing, or revenue cycle management sales.
This is not an entry-level sales role.
We are looking for someone who understands healthcare operations, provider pain points, and how to sell strategic RCM partnerships.
Compensation Structure:
• 1099 Independent Contractor Role
• Commission Only
• Earn 1% of gross revenue on all new client contracts for the first 6 months
• High earning potential based on performance
• Travel and conference networking opportunities included
Responsibilities:
• Identify and close new healthcare clients for Meridian RCM services
• Prospect physician groups, private practices, behavioral health organizations, specialty clinics, and healthcare companies
• Attend conferences, networking events, and industry functions to generate leads
• Build strategic referral and partner relationships
• Develop and manage outbound sales pipeline
• Represent Meridian RCM professionally within the healthcare marketplace
• Collaborate directly with leadership to support aggressive growth goals
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven business development or sales experience in:
• Revenue Cycle Management
• Medical Billing
• Healthcare Consulting
• Healthcare SaaS
• Practice Management Solutions
• Existing healthcare network strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of:
• Medical billing
• Denials
• Accounts receivable
• Credentialing
• Provider operations
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation structure
• Strong networking and conference sales ability
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
