Role Mission The mission of the Business Development Executive, Scale-Up & Mid-Market Fintech is to generate qualified, high-potential pre-sales opportunities with cash-rich fintech scale-ups and mid-market fintech companies by applying disciplined account-based research, executive relationship building, warm account nurturing, direct outreach, conference / roadshow scouting, LinkedIn social selling, and CTO-centric trust-first business development. The role exists to create sales-qualified opportunities for INSART’s pre-sales team, especially with companies that can start with at least 5- or 6-digit pilot projects and potentially expand into long-term engineering, product, AI/data, integration, modernization, or CTO-support engagements. Expected Outcomes and Role Responsibilities The primary outcome of this role is to generate qualified sales opportunities and a sales pipeline for scale-up and mid-market fintechs, with those opportunities accepted by the Growth pre-sales team, measured by the following KPIs and metrics: • Number of Target Accounts with decision-makers & influencers identified and mapped in CRM with clear ICP-fit logic • Number of Account Research Completed • Number of Executive Conversations Started • Number of Qualified Sales Opportunities Submitted to Growth Pre-sales team • Number of Qualified Sales Opportunities Accepted by Growth Pre-sales team • Potential Revenue Targets in the Sales Pipeline achieved at each milestone • New Booked Revenue Targets closed by the Growth team from submitted and accepted Qualified Sales Opportunities at each milestone Role Requirements • Account-Based Research Discipline • High-trust Relationship Building with Executives • Executive-level Communication • CTO-Centric Business Understanding • Fintech and Software Business Competence • Persistent and Consistent Follow-Up Approach • CRM Mastery & Pipeline Discipline • Pre-Sales Orientation • Stakeholder Mapping Skills & DMU Awareness • LinkedIn Social Selling Skills • Conference & Roadshow Scouting Experience • Ownership Mentality Daily schedule This position operates within U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
