Purpose of the Role

TheSolutions Director is responsible for driving adoption and revenue growth for SideKick, TEAM LEWIS’ AI-powered product offering. This role combines new business development, go-to-market execution, and commercial ownership to scale SideKick across both existing clients and new prospects.

Working cross-functionally with marketing, product and client teams, the Solutions Director will identify high-value opportunities, shape use cases, and position SideKick as a strategic solution. This is a hands-on role focused on building pipeline, closing opportunities, and continuously improving the commercial approach to accelerate growth.
