Job Description:
• Lead both Business Development and Marketing for our AI-driven Talent Intelligence platform.
• Drive end-to-end revenue strategy, including market penetration and subscription growth.
• Conduct high-impact product demos and ROI-driven solution selling.
• Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline and develop strategic partnerships.
• Oversee demand generation, including digital campaigns and content strategy.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine GTM strategy and align product-market fit.
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in SaaS / HRTech / ATS / IT staffing sales.
• Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, ATS usage, MSP programs.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise sales cycles and close high-value deals.
• Experience managing marketing functions, including digital marketing and content strategy.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience selling to US or India staffing and enterprise HR markets is a strong advantage.
