Business Development Representative (BDR) Partner – Freelance / Remote About Movak Movak is a fast-growing startup helping companies scale through high-quality remote talent and strategic staffing solutions. We are building a network of high-performance business partners who thrive in sales, networking, and relationship building. We are looking for hunters, connectors, and builders. Location: Remote (Anywhere in the world) Schedule: Fully Flexible Compensation: $250 USD/Montly per client (Recurring Monthly Compensation Model Details below) Responsibilities • Prospect and identify potential clients • Generate outbound leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, cold outreach, and referrals • Build and maintain strong business relationships • Coordinate discovery calls and client meetings • Maintain organized pipeline tracking and follow-ups Requirements • +3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruiting, Staffing, Lead Generation, or Account Management • Strong English communication skills (C1/C2) • Proven ability to generate leads and build relationships • Self-driven and highly independent • Comfortable working in a startup environment Ideal Candidate We are looking for ambitious professionals who want: • Flexibility • Ownership • Unlimited growth potential • Recurring income opportunities • To grow alongside a startup from the ground up Recurring Monthly Compensation Model • Earn $250 USD monthly per active client closed • Fully cumulative compensation structure: • 1 active client = $250/month • 2 active clients = $500/month • 5 active clients = $1,250/month • No earning cap • Compensation continues as long as the client remains active (Monlty) • Long-term residual income opportunity Extra Bonuses • Every 5 hires completed: • Additional $500 USD bonus.
