Peoplepath™ is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Recruiter to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s ongoing growth and strategic objectives. As a Business Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership across the organization to understand business needs, develop pipeline strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and engage high-quality candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, networking events, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for open roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and role requirements
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Create and present recruitment reports and analytics to stakeholders
• Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in recruiting
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a business or corporate environment
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
